1 – Nêu ra vấn đề (Statement): “The rate of postpartum hemorrhage increased”

2 – Đưa ra con số(Evidence and Period): “between 2000 and 2009”, “from 6.3% to 8.0%”

3 – Nhận xét (comment): “by 27%”
